Eligibility Criteria
1. Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.
2. Educational Qualification:
Diploma Holders:
Must have a diploma in Engineering/Technology with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates) from an AICTE-approved institution.
B.Sc. Degree Holders:
Must have a B.Sc. degree with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD) and Mathematics as a subject in 12th standard.
Pharmacy Diploma Holders:
Must have a diploma in Pharmacy with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates).
3. Age Limit:
For diploma & B.Sc. candidates: No age limit.
For Marine Engineering candidates: Maximum age limit is 25 years.
4. Domicile Requirement:
Candidates seeking government institute seats must fulfill West Bengal domicile criteria.

Counselling and Admission
The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) conducts the JELET counselling process for lateral entry admission to B.Tech/B.E. and B.Pharm courses in various colleges across West Bengal. The counselling process is conducted online and involves multiple rounds.

1. Registration & Fee Payment

2. Choice Filling & Locking

3. Seat Allotment (Round 1 & 2)
